Removal from office of the Prime Minister, Government,
Parliament, Governor-General and High Court of Australia.
Appointment of a Governor-General and High Court and
holding of a general election for both Houses of the
Parliament of Australia.
As an Australian I respect, uphold and protect (a) the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 9 July 1900 Act which constituted the Commonwealth of Australia and gives me my identity as an Australian and (b) Your Majesty as the Head of State under the Constitution.
I advise Your Majesty that the following are in contempt of this Constitution, Your Majesty as the Head of State, the Commonwealth of Australia and the People of Australia, as acts of treason against the Crown, the Commonwealth and Australian People.
- The High Court of Australia. In accordance with this Constitution “The High Court has jurisdiction in any matters arising under this Constitution, involving its interpretation.” No more no less. The High Court is in contempt by taking upon itself matters not in the Constitution including
- Has removed from the Parliament senators and members who are British subjects on the grounds that Britain is a foreign power. The Constitution is an Act of the UK Parliament therefore Britain is not a foreign power.
- Has deported Australians back to Britain, people who are British subjects.
- The Mabo decision overturning “terra nullius” the British legal principle justifying the colonization of Australia formally implemented in Australian law in 1835. Also, in the unlawful recognition of Native Title and Native rights.
- Has implemented legislation which is treason.
- The Governor-General. The Governor-General is the Crown’s representative in the Commonwealth. The Governor-General is not at liberty to invent and implement rules etc not in the Constitution 9 July 1900 Act.
- As an act of fiction, fraud and a legal nonsense the Governor-General allowed senators and members to comply with Section 42 and the Schedule and then subsequently in public and broadcast on TV and social media to make an Oath or Affirmation to the Commonwealth of Australia, her lands and her People. This is tantamount to treason against the Constitution, Crown, Commonwealth and the People. The Governor-General and participating senators and members are attempting to usurp the Crown and replace it with a Republic. The People’s NO to the “Voice Referendum” is not respected by the PM and his Government and similar minded State Premiers and their Governments. Collectively supported by the Governor-General they have a purpose and intent not to comply with the NO Vote of the People which is treason.
- The Governor-General is in contempt of the Constitution, the Crown the Head of State and the People of Australia and has no constitutional right to continue in office and must be removed by Your Majesty.
- Senators and members. As in (2a) the Prime Minister, his Cabinet Members and other senators and members who made and subscribed an oath or affirmation to the Commonwealth of Australia, her lands and her People are attempting to usurp the Crown and replace it with a Republic. This is treason. They have no constitutional right to sit in the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia and must be removed from office and the Parliament by Your Majesty.

- The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 9 July 1900 Act is binding on the courts, judges, and people of every State and of every part of the Commonwealth.
- The legislative power of the Commonwealth shall be vested in a Federal Parliament, which shall consist of the Queen, a Senate, and a House of Representatives, and which is herein-after called ” The Parliament,” or ” The Parliament of the Commonwealth.” Without the Crown the Parliament cannot exist.
- A Governor-General appointed by the Queen shall be Her Majesty’s representative in the Commonwealth and shall have and may exercise in the Commonwealth during the Queen’s pleasure, but subject to this Constitution, such powers and functions of the Queen as Her Majesty maybe pleased to assign to him.
- Every senator and every member of the House of Representatives shall before take his seat make and subscribe before the Governor-General, or some person authorised by him, an oath or affirmation of allegiance in the form set forth in the schedule to this Constitution. SCHEDULE

(NOTE.—The name of the King or Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland for the time being is to be substituted from time to time.)”
- This Constitution shall not be altered except in Referendum passed by the People, and if in a majority of the States a majority of the electors voting approve the proposed law, and if a majority of all the electors voting also approve the proposed law, it shall be presented to the Governor-General for the Queen’s assent.
- No Referendum has been passed by Australians to alter 4 (a) to (e)
- Under the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 9 July 1900 Act of the UK, Australians are British subjects under the authority of the British Crown, the Head of State of the Commonwealth of Australia. The Parliament of Australia passed The Nationality and Citizenship Act 1948 creating Australian citizenship in 1949, a status that claims full independence from British nationality by 1984.This Act of the Australian Parliament is Null and Void and Australians are British subjects under the authority of the British Crown. There has not been a Referendum to alter this.
Your Majesty, the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 9 July 1900 Act gives me my rights, interests and democracy. Without Democracy all is lost including
- Loss of – Human Rights including equality.
- Loss of – Freedom of Speech.
- Loss of – Freedom of choice, no choice no opportunity, no opportunity, all is lost.
- Loss of – Government committed to the rights and interests of the Electorate, including avoidance and control of corruption.
- Loss of – Representative Government of the people, by the people, for the people where Elected Representatives legislate the mandates of the people. No mandate – No legislation. There is no mandate for a Republic. The Parliament of Australia has no authority to legislate for a Republic.

- Tax and Government charges are 50% of the PRICE of a loaf of bread, to build a house, a litre of fuel, an Aussie pie, a week’s childcare, a weeks aged care and almost everything else. These are paid for out of net of tax income which is double taxation.
- ‘You will own ‘Nothing’, but you will be ‘Happy’
I call upon Your Majesty to respect, uphold and protect the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 9 July 1900 Act and the Referendums passed by the People. Also, the legacy of Queen Victoria who assented to this Constitution.
Your Majesty is required under the Constitution to appoint a Governor General and a temporary executive to govern Australia. The Australian Electoral Law and Commission to be based on One Vote, One Value without compulsory voting for the people to elect a New Prime Minister, senators and members. The Prime Minister to then form a government with the support and confidence of Members and Senators, with selection based on the best person for the job.
The first action of the new Parliament needs to be a referendum for a People’s Referendum to be approved by the people in accordance with the Constitution. The people’s referendum would then have the power to remove the government if it does not have the confidence of the people in the future. This will ensure accountability to the People, for the People, by the People, so that Government decisions in the future must be the Will of the Australian people.
It’s time for you to remove the Prime Minister and his Government, the Governor-General and the High Court of Australia. Then appoint Senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price as the Governor-General who will in turn appoint The High Court and have Democratic Elections for a Government of the people, by the people, for the people.
